Cocktail Parties
Cocktail Party Packages include 3 hours of party time inside our exquisitely decorated Mansion, an appetizer grazing table of seasonal delights and desserts, and a collection of comfortable seating areas and tall tables perfect for mingling. A Private Host and Bartender will invite you to simply show up and enjoy the evening!
Up to 10 Guests: $1,150 | Up to 20 Guests: $1,400
Up to 30 Guests: $1,950 | Up to 40 Guests: $2,200


Formal Dinners
Formal Dinner Packages include 4 hours of party time inside our exquisitely decorated Mansion, a three course meal, and a collection of comfortable seating areas perfect for mingling and gift exchanges. All the details will be arranged prior to your party so you can simply arrive and enjoy your company!
Up to 20 Guests: $1,400 +meal costs
Up to 40 Guests: $1,700 +meal costs
